Di Carlo stars very soon to passionate for pastry art by working at his parents' pastry laboratory. Already winner of many competitions, like: 1st classification at Italian Championship Juniores and Seniores at Rimini during Sigep exhibition, gold medal at Basel Wordlwide Championship in 1999, 1st position at European Pastry Cup in 2002.
Di Carlo represents one of the most fantastic examples of artistic capacity and right professional ambition among the Italian pastry landscape.
