Roberto Rinaldini was born in Rimini in 1977 and from 1996 on, it is a continuous succession of awards and honors from national and international level. In 2004 at 26, he enters as a member of AMPI (Italian Pastry Chef Academy). In January 2006 he graduated Wordlwide Champion of Ice cream Art and in the next edition he confirms the title as coach.  In 2007 he is the guest star of a famous Japanese reality followed by 12 million people. In 2008 he presents and wins the best dessert at WTCP in Phoenix: a serie of mini desserts served vertically upon a plexiglass smart black dish.  

Roberto Rinaldini is today defined by media "the stylist of the dessert"; each creations is like a taylor's masterpiece which fascinated before you can taste it!
